Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Cost & Delivery Time

Free U.S. shipping on every order - no minimum. Orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, email universaljewelsinc@gmail.com and we'll do our best to expedite it.

All orders ship from our U.S. facility. Delivery times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please email universaljewelsinc@gmail.com.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

Orders over $200 ship with USPS insurance at no extra cost. Orders over $500 require signature confirmation at delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us within 7 days and we will file a claim with USPS. For damaged items, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund right away.
