Is your gold real?

Yes. Our solid gold pieces are real, stamped 10K, 14K, or 18K gold, solid throughout. Sterling silver is genuine stamped 925. Where a piece has a gold finish over sterling silver, we say "gold finish" — we never call a plated piece solid gold.

Where do you ship from and how much is shipping?

Every order ships free from the United States, with no minimum. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and you'll get tracking by email.

What is your return policy?

30-day returns with a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us. Custom-engraved pieces and opened body jewelry can't be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Are your diamonds real?

We sell real diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and cubic zirconia (CZ) — always labeled accurately. If a listing says CZ, it's CZ; if it says diamond, it's a real or lab-grown diamond as stated.

Can I get a piece engraved?

Many of our pendants and ID pieces are engravable. Engravable items are noted in the listing. Email us before ordering if you'd like to confirm.

How do I care for my jewelry?

See our Jewelry Care Guide. In short: keep it away from perfume, lotion, and chlorine, and wipe with a soft cloth after wear.
