We tell you exactly what you're buying. The metal. The karat. The stone. The treatment. The origin. If a piece is cubic zirconia, we call it cubic zirconia. If a stone is lab-grown, we say so. We never blur the line between fine and fashion jewelry to make a sale.

2. Real stamped gold

Every solid 10K and 14K piece in our catalog carries a real karat stamp. We never mislabel plated or gold-filled as "solid gold." If you want to verify the karat yourself, you can — it's stamped on the piece.

3. Independent appraisal on solid gold

Our solid gold pieces are appraised by independent third-party gemologists for accurate market value. The appraisal sits separately from us — we don't grade our own work.

4. 30-day no-questions returns

If your piece doesn't work — wrong size, wrong feel, wrong moment — send it back within 30 days. We make it right. We don't ask why. We don't make you justify it.

5. Ships from the United States

Every order ships from our US fulfillment, with tracking, in 1–2 business days. No surprise customs. No international wait. No mystery transit.
